Zoltan Kodaly short biography

A great Hungarian composer and a colleague of Bartok, Zoltan Kodaly created and implemented a very successful structure of music education in his native country. Kodaly was known as an outstanding collector of folk songs. Kodaly’s compositions are filled with the national music themes and spirit of Hungary. Kodaly was the most respected musical educator in the history Hungary.
